White Pine Basin Trail Ride - Tooele, Utah
Some beautiful Utah scenery awaits you and your trail companions just minutes from the metropolitan area of Salt Lake City. From the town of Tooele, take Vine Street eastward and continue up Middle Canyon until the pavement ends. The trailhead is on the south side of the road.
The views are gorgeous. However, this is a steep technical ride and is not for beginners or green horses. In some places, the trail and surrounding areas are quite rocky. There is no water along the trail from mid-summer until fall, unless you are riding after a rain storm. Even then it is best to carry your own water.
This is an enjoyable loop ride - 3 to 4 hours long.
